I joined Chippewa Valley Ethanol Company as an office assistant in August 2012. After five years, I transitioned to my first marketing role. In November 2017, I was promoted from office assistant to social media manager at Glacial Grain Spirits in Benson, Minnesota, which is part of Chippewa Valley Ethanol Company.

One of my key achievements was creating the company’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages. Within six months, our Facebook page amassed 310 followers. My responsibilities included producing and managing engaging Facebook posts and advertisements, as well as communicating with consumers. One of the advertisements I created reached 13,131 people and had 1,508 post engagements. Additionally, I was responsible for creating graphics for the Facebook and LinkedIn pages using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva. I also edited the company website using WordPress.
