My current role is Preconstruction Proposal Coordinator & Social Media Manager at Enclos. I am responsible for composing and designing proposals for potential projects using the Adobe Creative Suite. I also manage the Enclos social media accounts.

Proposal

Proposals I design can range from 20 to over 100 pages across several volumes. Typically, I have about a week to compile a proposal. Below is an excerpt from a recent proposal.

Social Media

I use Sprout Social to schedule posts across social media platforms each month. I use InDesign to lay out designs for our social media pages, especially Instagram.

Market Report

Enclos is a company that heavily relies on shipping and building material costs. Prices constantly fluctuate, so I create a quarterly report to keep employees and vendors updated. The report focuses not only on costs but also on world events that may affect the supply chain. I use Canva to create the report and track analytics, breaking down the time spent on the report.
